The Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine confirmed that the criminal zionist entity continues to target hospitals, covered by American, Western, and international complicity, emphasizing that the raid on Al-Awda Hospital, days after the siege and bombing, and the detention of medical staff including the hospital director Dr. Ahmad Mahna, the bombing of the maternity ward at Nasser Hospital, and the raid on Kamal Adwan Hospital, and the crime of burying the injured alive, are new zionist crimes that exceed the Nazi and fascist behavior in criminality, brutality, and conduct.
These horrific crimes would not have happened without the American and Western partnership and the international institutions’ overlooking of the crimes of this enemy, which continues to target hospitals and completely destroy infrastructure, as part of the ethnic cleansing and genocide against the Palestinian people in the Strip.
The Western system and international UN institutions are involved in these crimes and do not want to make a bold decision to force the occupation to stop its heinous crimes. The Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine affirmed that resistance is the effective and proven option capable of forcing the occupation to yield to our national rights, emphasizing that the destructive and futile settlement option is the failed choice that has plunged the Palestinian cause into a dark tunnel for over 30 years, contributing to the escalation of the occupation’s crimes and the reinforcement of settlements.
The Front considered that the overall Palestinian performance, including the Oslo experience and futile negotiations, must be subjected to evaluation. The glaring and bright truth in this experience is the resistance and steadfatness of the Palestinian people. Those deserving of review and accountability are the process of settlement and those who continue to bet on this destructive and futile path, or monopolize the national decision.
The Front concluded its statement by calling on the active Palestinian forces to unite in the battle against zionist aggression, as our people, in all their political and social spectra, are resolute in supporting and endorsing the resistance and betting on it, rejecting the settlement program and negotiations that have proven to be failures and have led to real disasters for the people and the cause.
