This week’s archive of PFLP statements includes: honoring Umm Mohammed, U.S. bombing of Iraq and Syria, and axis attacks on U.S. bases.
The following statements were released by the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine in Arabic via their official Telegram channels. English translations were made available by Resistance News Network, also via Telegram, unless otherwise specified.
The Popular Front mourns the struggler Sebtia Mohammed Abu Ghalameh “Umm Mohammed,” the mother of the comrade leader prisoner Ahed Abu Ghalameh.
The Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine, on behalf of the comrade Secretary-General, his deputy, the members of the Political Bureau, the Central Committee, and all comrades in the homeland and the diaspora, mourns the struggler Sebtia Mohammed Hamed Abu Ghalameh “Umm Mohammed,” from Beit Furik, the widow of the struggler Youssef Abu Ghalameh, and the mother of the comrade leader prisoner Ahed Abu Ghalameh, a member of the Political Bureau of the Front and responsible for the Front’s branch in prisons.
The Front extends its deepest condolences and sympathy to the comrade leader Ahed, his brothers, the entire family, the people of Beit Furik, the popular, women’s, and trade union committees, the prisoner’s committee, and the comrades in the prison branch, on the loss of this fighter who carried, for many years, the banner of defending prisoners in the occupation’s jails, and was always persistent in participating in activities supporting the prisoners despite her illness and old age.
The struggler stood by her son, the leader Ahed Abu Ghalameh, during the pursuit, chase, and arrest in the [Palestinian] Authority’s prisons, and then in the occupation’s prisons, noting that she also suffered from the targeting and arrest of her sons by the zionist occupation.
As the Front mourns the struggler Umm Mohammed, it pledges to continue struggling to elevate the cause of the prisoners until their liberation and to continue the struggle until achieving our people’s goals in liberation, return, and the establishment of the state of Palestine over the entire national territory with Al-Quds as its capital.

الجبهة الشعبية تنعي المناضلة سبتية محمد أبو غلمى “أم محمد” والدة الرفيق القائد الأسير “عاهد أبو غلمى”.
تنعي الجبهة الشعبية لتحرير فلسطين باسم الرفيق الأمين العام ونائبه وأعضاء المكتب السياسي واللجنة المركزية وكافة الرفاق في الوطن والشتات، المناضلة / سبتية محمد حامد أبو غلمي” أم محمد” ابنة بيت فوريك أرملة المناضل / يوسف أبو غلمى، ووالدة الرفيق القائد الأسير عاهد أبو غلمى، عضو المكتب السياسي للجبهة ومسؤول فرع الجبهة بالسجون.
وتتقدم الجبهة من الرفيق القائد عاهد وأشقائه وعموم عائلته وأبناء بيت فوريك ولجان الجبهة الجماهيرية والنسوية والنقابية ولجنة الأسير والرفاق في فرع السجون بخالص العزاء والمواساة برحيل هذه المناضلة التي حَملّت على مدار سنوات طويلة لواء الدفاع عن الأسرى في سجون الاحتلال، ومواظبة على الدوام في المشاركة في الفعاليات المساندة للأسرى على الرغم من مرضها وكبر سنها.
كما وقفت المناضلة إلى جانب ابنها القائد عاهد أبو غلمى أثناء الملاحقة والمطاردة والاعتقال في سجون السلطة، ومن ثم سجون الاحتلال، مع العلم أنها عانت أيضاً من استهداف واعتقال أبنائها على يد الاحتلال الصهيوني.
إن الجبهة وهي تنعي المناضلة أم محمد فإنها تعاهدها أن تبقى تناضل من أجل إعلاء قضية الأسرى حتى تحريرهم جميعاً، وأن تواصل النضال حتى تحقيق أهداف شعبنا في التحرير والعودة وإقامة دولة فلسطين على كامل التراب الوطني وعاصمتها القدس.

This aggression has not and will not deter the two countries from fulfilling their national duty towards the issues of the nation.
The Popular Front strongly condemns the heinous American aggression on Syria and Iraq.
The Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine strongly condemns today, Saturday, the heinous American aggression that targeted Iraq and Syria, affirming its full support for both countries and their right to respond to this aggression.
The Front emphasized that this criminal and blatant American aggression came to protect the zionist entity, which is struggling and drowning under the blows of resistance in Gaza, Yemen, Lebanon, Iraq, and Syria. It also underscores direct American involvement in aggression against the Arab nation and its partnership in the genocidal war waged by the zionist enemy against our Palestinian people in Gaza.
The Front stressed that this aggression has not and will not succeed in achieving its goals or dissuading the two sisterly countries from performing their national duty in serving the causes of the nation, supporting the Palestinian people, and confronting zionist and American aggression against our Arab peoples.
The Front concluded its statement by reaffirming that the resistance factions on all fronts are determined to continue the fight until the cessation of the zionist genocidal war against the Palestinian people, to halt American aggression against our Arab peoples, and to counter its unlimited support for the zionist entity in its war against the Palestinian people.

هذا العدوان لم ولن يثني البلدين عن تأدية واجبهما القومي تجاه قضايا الأمة
الجبهة الشعبية تدين بشدة العدوان الأمريكي الغاشم على سوريا والعراق
أدانت الجبهة الشعبية لتحرير فلسطين بأشد العبارات اليوم السبت العدوان الأمريكي الغاشم الذي استهدف العراق وسوريا، مؤكدةً وقوفها الكامل إلى جانبهما ومع حقها في الرد على هذا العدوان.
وأكدت الجبهة أن هذا العدوان الأمريكي الإجرامي والسافر جاء حمايةً للكيان الصهيوني الذي يتخبط ويغرق أمام ضربات المقاومة في غزة وفي اليمن ولبنان والعراق وسوريا، كما يبرهن على التورط الأمريكي المباشر في العدوان على الأمة العربية، وعلى شراكته في حرب الإبادة التي يشنها العدو الصهيوني على شعبنا الفلسطيني في قطاع غزة.
وشددت الجبهة أن هذا العدوان لم ولن ينجح في تحقيق أهدافه، أو ثني البلدين الشقيقين عن تأديتهما واجبهما القومي في خدمة قضايا الأمة ودعم وإسناد الشعب الفلسطيني، والتصدي للعدوان الصهيوني والأمريكي على شعوبنا العربية.
وختمت الجبهة بيانها بالتأكيد على أن فصائل المقاومة في كل الجبهات مصممة على مواصلة القتال حتى وقف حرب الإبادة الصهيونية على الشعب الفلسطيني، ولجم العدوان الأمريكي عن شعوبنا العربية، والتصدي لدعمه اللامحدود للكيان الصهيوني في حربه على الشعب الفلسطيني.

We call for the continuation of strikes against American interests in the region.
The Popular Front praises the resistance’s killing of American soldiers at the Al-Tanf base and asserts that it is a natural response to American crimes in the region.
The Popular Front lauded the heroic operation targeting the American base at Al-Tanf, located on the Syrian-Jordanian border, which resulted in the death of three American soldiers and the injury of dozens. This was a natural response to American crimes in the region and its direct involvement in the zionist genocidal war waged by the zionist entity against the Palestinian people.
The Front saluted the proud arms of the resistance, which refused anything but triumphing for the suffering of our Palestinian people and responding to the ongoing zionist aggression on the Gaza Strip by targeting American and Western presence in the region since the start of the aggression. The moment has come for the United States to pay for its crimes against the peoples of the region, as a direct partner in the heinous zionist crimes against the Palestinian people, and its unlimited support for the zionist entity.
The Front highlighted the significance of this qualitative operation not only because it was the first to officially announce the killing of American soldiers since the onset of the aggression on the Gaza Strip, but also for because of resistance’s ability and boldness in targeting military bases of the most powerful brute force in the world.
The Front stressed that America ignored the warnings of the resistance and the calls of Arab and free peoples to stop its support for the aggression and turn its back on everything happening in Palestine, including the genocide and massacres. Therefore, it must bear responsibility for these devastating outcomes in the region and receive expect responses from the resistance for these crimes.
The Front concluded its statement by calling on resistance factions in the region to continue striking American and Western interests, viewing this as the effective means to stop American support for the zionist entity and to abandon its colonial ambitions in the region.

“دعت لمواصلة ضرب المصالح الأمريكية في المنطقة”
الشعبية تُشيد بقتل المقاومة جنود أمريكيين في قاعدة التنف وتؤكد أنها رد طبيعي على الجرائم الأمريكية في المنطقة
أشادت الجبهة الشعبية لتحرير فلسطين بالعملية البطولية التي استهدفت قاعدة التنف الأمريكية على الحدود السورية الأردنية، والتي أسفرت عن مقتل 3 جنود أمريكيين وإصابة العشرات، مؤكدةً أنها ردٌ طبيعي على الجرائم الأمريكية في المنطقة، وتورطها المباشر في حرب الإبادة الصهيونية التي يشنها الكيان الصهيوني على الشعب الفلسطيني.
وحيت الجبهة سواعد المقاومة الأبية التي أبت إلا الانتصار لعذابات شعبنا الفلسطيني والرد على استمرار العدوان الصهيوني على قطاع غزة باستهداف الوجود الأمريكي والغربي في المنطقة منذ بدء العدوان، مشددةً أنه جاءت اللحظة التي تدفع الولايات المتحدة ثمن جرائمها بحق الشعوب في المنطقة، وباعتبارها شريكاً مباشراً في الجرائم الصهيونية البشعة بحق الشعب الفلسطيني، ودعمها اللامحدود للكيان الصهيوني.
وبيَنّت الجبهة أن أهمية هذه العملية النوعية ليست في أنها الأولى التي يتم الإعلان فيها بشكلٍ رسمي عن مقتل جنود أمريكيين منذ بدء العدوان على قطاع غزة، بل في قدرة المقاومة وجرأتها على استهداف قواعد عسكرية لأعتى قوة غاشمة في العالم.
وشددت الجبهة أن أمريكا تجاهلت تحذيرات المقاومة ونداءات الشعوب العربية والحرة بضرورة وقف دعمها للعدوان وإدارة ظهرها حيال كل ما يجري في فلسطين من حرب إبادة ومجازر، وبالتالي يجب أن تتَحمّل مسؤولية هذه النتائج المدمرة التي تعيشها المنطقة، وتلقي ردود متوقعة من المقاومة نظير هذه الجرائم.
وختمت الجبهة بيانها، بدعوة فصائل المقاومة في كل المنطقة إلى مواصلة ضرب المصالح الأمريكية والغربية في المنطقة، باعتبارها الوسيلة الناجعة لوقف الدعم الأمريكي للكيان الصهيوني، والتخلي عن مطامعها الاستعمارية في المنطقة.
