Marissa’s writing and the questions it has raised, especially on the basis from which organizations address harm in our ranks. To try and hide our errors and fuck ups out of fear of what the enemies might do is a disservice to the working class since inevitably as the vanguard party forms we would be open about these proceedings as those that would see us as leaders need to know their leaders will hold themselves accountable to their party, comrades, and the working class as a whole.

brief aside: if any reader might have recommended texts on trauma-informed/survivor-centered practices I’d really find that useful to bring to my own organizing spaces in the future
